MEET THE COACH

With over 10 years of experience balancing running and the rest of my responsibilities, I found myself constantly being asked for running advice by family and friends.


In 2017, I made the initial leap to formally educate myself on exercise and fitness with the American Council on Exercise Personal Training Certification.

In Summer 2020, I successfully attained the Certified Running Coach credential through the United Endurance Sports Coaching Academy (UESCA). 

To this day, I enjoy helping others find the way to balance their own unique running goals with their many obligations and commitments.
